Happy Christmas, party-goers!
That's a rather belated greeting, given that the party was held on Sunday 6th February
2011. It was to have been held on Sunday 5th December 2010 but the weather was
particularly severe at the time so the party was postponed.
The party began with a meal provided by the Community Care volunteers who cooked the
food and served it to their guests. Fr. Purcell said grace. After the meal the tables
were moved away, the band set up its gear, and the dancing started. Several people
added their singing voices to the proceedings.
Unfortunately, our photographers had to leave the party just after the meal so there are
